Is Solutions20 canceled?
No. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have transformed Solutions20 into a two-day virtual summit, taking place on Tuesday, June 16 and Wednesday, June 17.
Will there be an in-person summit for this year?
Not at this time. Solutions20 will be delivered virtually on Tuesday, June 16 and Wednesday, June 17.
Will I receive a refund for my Solutions20 pass?
All existing Solutions20 passes will be transferred to Solutions21. If you would like to request a refund, you must do so by May 31, 2020. Please email email@example.com with the subject line Solutions20 Cancellation. Refunds will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.
Will I receive a refund for my Solutions20 Labs?
Yes, Labs will be fully refunded and cannot be transferred to Solutions21.
What happens to my hotel and travel reservations?
Please contact your hotel and airline as soon as possible to cancel your reservations. Clients are responsible for canceling their hotel and flight reservations.
