Is Solutions20 canceled?

No. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have transformed Solutions20 into a two-day virtual summit, taking place on Tuesday, June 16 and Wednesday, June 17.

Will there be an in-person summit for this year?

Not at this time. Solutions20 will be delivered virtually on Tuesday, June 16 and Wednesday, June 17.

Will I receive a refund for my Solutions20 pass?

All existing Solutions20 passes will be transferred to Solutions21. If you would like to request a refund, you must do so by May 31, 2020. Please email with the subject line Solutions20 Cancellation. Refunds will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.

Will I receive a refund for my Solutions20 Labs?

Yes, Labs will be fully refunded and cannot be transferred to Solutions21.

What happens to my hotel and travel reservations?

Please contact your hotel and airline as soon as possible to cancel your reservations. Clients are responsible for canceling their hotel and flight reservations.

Do I need to register to attend the virtual summit?

Yes. You can register for each day you plan to attend via the registration page.

How much does it cost to attend the virtual summit?

The Solutions20 virtual summit is no-cost to attendees.

What content will be presented during the virtual summit?

Can I still earn CPE credits if I attend the virtual sessions?

Yes, the Solutions20 virtual summit is still eligible for CPE credits.
