Who should attend Solutions 2020?

Solutions20 is designed for all members of the Fusion Community — program managers, system administrators, senior leadership, and strategic partners. Content spans across multiple disciplines, including business continuity, risk management, IT disaster recovery, third-party management, and crisis and incident management. Not yet a Fusion customer? Attend Solutions to hear success stories and learn new program strategies!

What is the agenda?

The agenda and schedule can be found here. Sessions will cover Foundational, Established, and Advanced topics in business continuity management, risk management, IT disaster recovery, third-party management, platform and program administration, and a track dedicated to innovative software use cases. You’ll also hear customer perspectives and both executive and product keynotes.

Where should I stay?

All programming for Solutions20 occurs at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. You can book a room at our discounted rate here.

When should I arrive?

Solutions20 opens on Sunday, June 14 at 5:00 p.m. with the Welcome Reception. Programming begins at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 15 and ends at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17. Labs take place on Wednesday, June 17 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Plan to arrive in Chicago by mid-afternoon on Sunday, June 14 and depart on Wednesday, June 17 or Thursday, June 18, if you schedule Office Hours.

What is the price of registration?

Solutions Passes are $1,695.00 for the first pass purchased and $1,495.00 for each additional pass purchased. A special early bird discount of $200 is available until February 29, 2020. Loyalty discounts are available for those who qualify. Please contact your account manager for details.

What is included in a Solutions Pass?

A Solutions Pass provides access to all keynote sessions, panels, breakout sessions, demos, and networking events. Included meals are breakfast, lunch, snack breaks, and dinner served at the evening networking events. It also provides access to all session content via the Solutions20 app and following the summit. Solutions Passes do not include the cost of Labs.

What are Labs?

Labs are two-hour, hands-on training workshops guided by Fusion technical resources. You will refine your knowledge in a demo environment and leave with contrite skills to use in your organization

Available in two or four-hour sessions on Wednesday, June 17. Limited availability. Preference is given to Solutions20 attendees.

Do I have to register for each breakout session?

Session selection is recommended to plan for room assignments and occupancy constraints. A session selection link will be emailed to all registrants after the full agenda is posted in February 2020.

Does attending Solutions 2020 qualify for Continuing Education Activity Points?

Yes! Please refer to the CEAP guidelines posted on the DRI website here.

What accessible accommodations are available?

What is your cancellation policy?

Notify your intent to cancel by emailing All refunds may be subject to an 8% cancellation fee if you cancel before, from, or after Solutions.

  • If you cancel before March 9, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less any cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between March 20 and May 31, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, less any cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel after May 31, you will be charged in full.

Passes may be transferred until Friday, May 31, 2020 without any cancellation or transfer fees. Email to provide the information needed for transfer. Please note that, canceling or transferring your Solutions Pass does not cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations and Fusion Risk Management does not assume responsibility for any third-party fees.
