Q: Who should attend Solutions 2019?
A: Solutions 2019 is designed for all members of the Fusion community — program managers, system administrators, senior leadership, and strategic partners. Content spans across multiple disciplines, including business continuity, IT disaster recovery, third-party management, integrated risk management, and crisis and incident management. Not yet a Fusion customer? Attend Solutions to hear success stories and learn new program strategies!
Q: What is the agenda?
A: The full agenda will be released in November 2018. Sessions will cover foundational, established, and advanced topics in business continuity management, IT disaster recovery, crisis and incident management, risk and third-party management, platform and user administration, program management and strategy, and a few innovative and unconventional topics. You’ll also hear customer success stories as well as executive and product keynotes.
Q: Where should I stay?
A: All programming for Solutions 2019 occurs at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. A block of hotel rooms has been secured for Solutions 2019 attendees. Book your hotel here.
Q: When should I arrive?
A: Solutions 2019 begins on Sunday, June 9 at 5:00 p.m. with a Welcome Reception at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Programming begins on Monday, June 10 at 8 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 following the Closing Awards Ceremony. Plan to arrive in Chicago by mid-afternoon on Sunday, June 8 and depart on Wednesday, June 12 or Thursday, June 13.
Q: What is the price of registration?
A: Solutions Passes are $1,695.00 for the first pass purchased and $1,495.00 for each additional pass purchased. Special end-of-year pricing is available until January 1, 2019. Loyalty discounts are also available for past attendees. Please contact your account manager or email firstname.lastname@example.org for eligibility.
Q: What is included in a Solutions Pass?
A: A Solutions Pass provides access to all keynote sessions, panels, breakout sessions, demos, and networking events. Included meals are breakfast, lunch, snack breaks, and dinner served at the evening networking events. It also provides access to all session content via the Solutions 2019 app and following the summit.
Q: How do I register for Solutions 2019?
A: Click here to start the registration process. Complete the steps and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your details.
Q: Do I have to register for each breakout session?
A: Session selection is recommended to plan for room assignments and occupancy constraints. A session selection link will be emailed to all registrants after the full agenda is posted in November 2018.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Notify your intent to cancel by emailing email@example.com. All refunds may be subject to an 8% cancellation fee if you cancel before, from, or after Solutions.
If you cancel before March 9, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less any cancellation fee.
If you cancel between March 20 and May 31, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, less any cancellation fee.
If you cancel after May 31, you will be charged in full.
Passes may be transferred until Friday, May 31, 2019 without any cancellation or transfer fees. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to provide the information needed for transfer. Please note that, canceling or transferring your Solutions Pass does not cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations and Fusion Risk Management does not assume responsibility for any third-party fees.
